A New Series by Karl Loren
Repair help -- link to header
I, Karl Loren, Co-Founder of Vibrant Life with my lovely wife of more than 35 years, Jean Ross, am delighted to announce a new series of original essays on this beginning of 2010, my 50th year of being a Philosopher, Researcher and Author.
I am alive and well, as is Jean.
I have just celebrated my 78th Christmas Season -- thought I would start writing a new Series of Essays to keep in touch with my many friends.
These Essays will represent my newest lines of research and writing. These Essays are all original by me. They will make reference to any appropriate pages of my 100,000+ already-published web pages, but every one of these Essays will contain brand new material never published before.
I might have mentioned that I fancy myself as somewhat a good photographer also. Each of these Essays will include images of either myself, or Jean, or both of us -- images never published before. Some of the images will be of others, but still taken by me within the current period.
All such images will be of our current life and activities.
I learned long ago that, for me, there is nothing as enjoyable as writing -- writing based on my observations and research about life.
The image on the left was taken by Jean Ross in early December, 2009, as both she and I joined in a research project of great magnitude for mankind as well as for ourselves, personally.
I'll be writing much more about this research project, and dozens of other subjects I have in mind.
It has been too long since I took my hand to writing in this field of "well-being."
The term "health" is too confining.
The scope and range of my new interests and research go to the heart and soul of life itself.
To give you a very slight clue, the image above is of me, Karl Loren, age 78, wearing my Black Belt Kung Fu uniform. A very few hours after this image I was running all over the mat at my Kung Fu School, took more than 300 photos of an annual Kung Fu "Belt Test," where more than 100 students of Kung Fu demonstrated for their Great Grand Master, Yong Moon, and my personal teacher, his wife, Grand Master Ari Moon. They demonstrated their competence in the various levels of Kung Fu training.
Another clue I'll give you, just now, is that both Jean and I were in the office of very special man, a healer with a medical degree. Just now I'll retain more about him, but suffice it to say that I am learning, through him, an entire new field of well-being, and, in the style of my new research, not only learning, but experiencing this healing very personally, as is Jean.
One final clue -- notice that I'm sitting with my left pants leg pulled up -- exposing my left knee and leg.
Jean is sitting in that same office -- with her left sleeve rolled up and the healer doing "something" which, in due course, you will learn a great deal more about. Jean was also wearing the pants of her Kung Fu uniform, but wore her new Christmas Decor sweater.
Both of us left this healer's office that Saturday, December 5, 2009 and went for several hours of Kung Fu Fun.
As time rolls along I'll write much more about this healer, also about our Kung Fu Day, and start also publishing results of my latest research in many other areas.
One subject to come along soon will be my re-visit to the "blood brain barrier" subject. It's almost that we have a raging fire in our body -- a flame that consumes health and leaves mercury death. I've already published lots of stuff on mercury and that barrier, including here, but there is NEW stuff I didn't know about when I first wrote. That new stuff will be the subject of one of these Essays soon.
Here is a very brief excerpt from that page:
Methyl mercury is Candida's flame. Methyl mercury is rapidly and efficiently absorbed through
out the human intestines. From there the blood stream carries methyl mercury (CH3Hg) throughout the body. CH3Hg can pass the blood brain barrier, the placental barrier, and can be tightly bound into proteins, fatty acids, hormones, enzymes, nerve cells, everywhere.
This new stuff may have tremendous implications for well-being of mankind as well as some of the future for Vibrant Life.
I'm so busy on many other areas of research that I will probably not be writing a great number of pages in this new Series. Clifford Woods, the Executive Director who has now taken over complete responsibility for the operations of Vibrant Life, will be bringing this and other Essays to you in his various monthly magazines and other publications. I took the photo of Cliff, on the right, in late 2008. It was just about the time when our great friend and Indian business partner, Dr. MSR Ayyangar, his wife and daughter, were visiting my home in California -- with Cliff particularly involved in arranging various new business relationships between his Company in India, and Vibrant Life. You can read more about Dr. Ayyangar on my autobiography page HERE.
Clifford Woods
has recently published an entire web site devoted to the holistic services offered by Dr. Ayyangar, from India, in cooperation with Vibrant Life.
Part of Dr. Ayyangar's philosophy, already published on one of our sites is:
Why philosophy in a purely technological gathering? Philosophy is primarily thought provoking, if not entertaining and its greatest advantage is - few understand it, but all appreciate and may even agree - irrespective of their willingness or otherwise in implementing the same. The outstanding example of this is the way "pollution control" functions in our country.
Having said that, let me also pay due respects and tributes to glorify "philosophy" by acknowledging the fact that - no matter what the subject is - it always starts as a Philosophy, descends and gets developed as a Science, and becomes finally a technology, for practical utility by man. But any philosophy is only as good as it works for the betterment of humanity and its environment.
